Processing & Handling Times

All UK shipments qualify for Versand fräi and are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services. International orders are shipped using DPD or UPS/Parcel Force, with rates based on your destination.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24/48: Delivery within 1-2 schaffen Deeg (including Saturdays).
- European Union (EU) & Far East Orders:
- DPD: Delivery within 2-4 schaffen Deeg fir EU an 3-7 schaffen Deeg for the Far East.
- Worldwide Orders:

Call & Collect (By Appointment Only)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and text with your Tracking Nummer. This will usually be provided by the afternoon once your parcel has been packed and processed.

Missing Items, Incomplete Orders & Lost Parcels

We do not accept returns on cold chain items unless they are faulty upon delivery. No refunds or reshipments will be provided if the delivery fails due to collection issues.

If your order contains pre-order items, available stock will be shipped first. Pre-orders will be shipped separately when available. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for orders containing pre-orders.
